We must often interact with people who live in unfamiliar cultures and other time zones, and who communicate and use communication media differently from us. This 4-week online course gives you a powerful framework in which to integrate your daily experiences and tools that you can use right away to meet the key challenges that face global teams and individuals working in global environments.
